BEAUTY AND TRANQUILITY

At one time long ago, I can recall
A place of beauty and tranquility.
Arousing all five senses in a way,
Like no other place I can remember.
It is taking place in the countryside;
Listening to the sounds of morning call,
Touching around I feel stability.
The air's fresh aroma --- takes me away.
Seeing everything as I remember,
Tasting the fresh food bought at the roadside,
Brings me the feeling of eternal loss.
Beauty and tranquility is at a loss,
For a helpless soul bereft of nature,
The countryside is the only one cure.
